Brand Attitude
The consumer’s overall emotional evaluation, feelings, or stance toward a specific brand.
Brand Awareness
The extent to which consumers are familiar with the qualities or image of a particular brand.
Brand Recall / Active Brand Awareness
The ability of a consumer to correctly name a brand from memory when prompted by a product category.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Advertising
Marketing and advertising efforts tailored specifically to other businesses rather than individual consumers.
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Marketing
Marketing tactics and strategies aimed directly at individual end-consumers.

Call to Action (CTA)
An instruction, button, or phrase designed to prompt an immediate response or action from the user (e.g., "Buy Now").
Churn Rate
The percentage of customers or subscribers who cut ties or cancel their service plans with a company within a given timeframe.
Click
The recorded instance of a user interacting with an online ad or link to access the underlying web page.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
The ratio of users who click on a specific link to the total number of users who viewed the page, email, or advertisement.
Consideration Set
The small group of brands or products that a consumer actively considers as acceptable options when making a purchase decision.
Consumer Psychology / Marketing Psychology
The study of how people make decisions about what they buy, want, need, or how they act in regards to a product or service.
Content Management System (CMS)
A software application or program used to easily create, manage, and modify digital content on a website without needing advanced coding knowledge.
Conversion
The moment a website visitor completes a desired goal or action (e.g., making a purchase, filling out a form, signing up for a newsletter).
Conversion Rate
The percentage of total website visitors who successfully execute a specific conversion action.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
The systematic process of improving the user experience and design of a website to increase the percentage of visitors who convert.
Cost Per Click (CPC)
An online advertising revenue model where an advertiser pays a set price to the publisher every single time a user clicks on their ad.
Customer Journey
The complete phase-by-phase experience and map of interactions a customer goes through when engaging with a company.

SWOT Analysis
